I've got a tattoo on my spine, in sanskrit, it means "Peace of Mind." (Picture is my avatar!) Which is basically just a simple saying for a WHOLE LOT of affirmations I had in mind. I didn't need to tattoo a dictionary on my body, I know what it means to me.
Anyway, to me, the whole peace of mind thing, encompasses strength of mind, not deviating, not being agitated, learning to cope, overcoming, etc.

I suggest you dont get a tatoo for strength if you need a reminder of strength by a wristband that says strength on it. You can also work out and get some muscles. a Tatoo is permanent and you probably wont like it as well as regret taking advice from someone on yahoo!
