Dude, you have NO chance. Sorry. If the 13 year old sister is there, you have absolutely zero chance to bang her.
But, if you play it cool and make good with lil sis...you could score serious points with big sis and eventually hook it up. Good luck.

No you do not have a chance to do much besides kissing.... but to get there.. be direct... tell her that you want to kiss her but don't want to embarass her sister. Go from there
