Carrot is very good source of vitamin A. If you smoke, try to quit. Take a lot og vitamin A and calcium.

How or if you can restore your vision depends totally upon the reason your vision has changed. Although there are many people who will tout "eye exercises", there is not much that can be done to counter the natural progression of refractive error other than glasses, contact lenses, or vision correction surgery like Lasik.

It is possible that the change is due to something other than normal refractive error, such as pregnancy, hormone imbalance, illness, etc. A comprehensive examination by your general physician and your eye doctor may help determine the cause of your vision change.

Sorry but there are no known foods that will restore your eyesight. Plus if you drink too much Carrot Juice the whites of your eyes turn yellow. Vitamin A & zinc are good to help maintain eye health but nothing will help regain the eyesight.

"anything i can do,drink or eat to get my virsion back."

No, not really. Nothing to worry about. Change in vision is largely a growth thing.
Avoid excessive closework done excessively close.
This can cause muscle cramp that *temporarily* gives the effect of short-sight, and in some, only some, young people it has been suggested that it can predispose to a short sighted shift in Rx.

Carrots is an urban legend, dating to 1940.
