I found several copies of Autodesk's AutoCad 2000 how much is it worth?

Officially? Nothing. It is illegal per the original agreement to resell Autodesk software. Autodesk will not generate a new license for you to register it in the name of the new owner.

Depends on how badly the buyer wants it. You could take bids - offer it for 10 days or so for the best price.
