Is this a puppy? How old? If this is a puppy, it is probably too young to be away from its mother. It is illegal to sell or buy a puppy before 8 weeks of age.
Empty the bowl. A dog doesn't want food that has been sitting there for days. Would YOU?! I think not. Put fresh food in the bowl, after you empty the old.
If this is not a puppy, he's probably just enjoying being spoiled by you soaking his food. Stop doing that, but if he still refuses to eat, take him to your vet.

I have no suggestions as to what might be wrong with her, but I can't help but think your dog needs to be on an IV drip. She didn't have a lot of weight to lose in the first place and after 4 days without holding down food or water (is she?) she is in serious danger. If you vet refuses to do antyhing maybe he doesnt believe how serious it is? And remember that the latter stages of this kind of situation can be more marked than earlier - maybe SEEING your dog now in her current state would make him more attentive?

Maybe he doesn't like the food or it's too hard for him to chew. Try giving him can dog food and slowly mix in with regular dog food. If he still doesn't eat, maybe you should bring him to the vet. He could be sick or something. Good luck.

WE don't know!
Most illnesses put dogs off their food. Your dog could have dental problems, stomach or intestinal problems, a virus - or something worse.....
Just take him to the vet! How on Earth are we supposed to know what's causing this, you haven't even given any details!

Hm...it could be possible that he has a painful problem with his teeth or mouth. Like if he eats...it can hurt for him to chew.
Try taking him to the vet and see if he has a virus or some bad bacteria in his mouth or something...Anyway, good luck!

Not eating is usually a sign that your dog is sick. You should take him to the vet.
