Absolutely, and if you do a google search on "female squirting" or "female ejaculation" you will be hit back with literally thousands of results...and as you can see, there's also a rather large porn market for exactly this type of thing, "squirting" videos.

Similar...it's called squirting. It kind of looks like they're peeing, but supposedly it's c*m. I've never been with a woman who has done such a thing, but I've seen it done in adult flicks, and I've talked with people who claim they've witnessed it in person. Kind of frightening if you ask me.
