I want to do this for no particular reason.... I just want to do something crazy. Do I ask a friend? or go alone? or ask someone near there in a town if they want to join?

Just go and experience how liberating it is being nude at a beach I will never go to a clothed beach again Ask some friends if you want or go by yourself it does not matter
Don't bring a camera and don't expect super model types of ppl. The beach is just like any other beach except ppl are nude and the ppl are of all ages, sizes, shapes, color
so just go and be happy Enjoy...

It would be better to go alone the first time. Scope it out and see if you think a friend would be comfortable there. Bring a beach blanket and a towel and dont forget the sun block. Most nudists are very friendly people, but not intrusive. Give it a try and I hope you enjoy it.

That's only cool if the friend you're taking is a woman. If you have a girlfriend or a friend with benefits, then tell her you want to do something crazy and go to the nude beach.

Have you ever been to a nude beach? My teen daughter went once and said the only people who were completely nude were the ones you didn't want to see--old & saggy.

Oh my gosh, lol;p! Never thought of a nudie beach, take someone that is comfortable with themselves! I would probably take a bunch of people and make them stand around me or go into the ocean with the sharks for the day!;p Good luck supernudie!

Never just ask someone...you'll be asking for trouble. Take a friend. You never know what kinds of sickos are there, in addition to the hippies :) My guess is that a LOT of perverts (in the clinical sense) go, so please be careful.
