According to a chart you are good to go up to 160 if you have a large frame. Small frame 150.
You are great. Looking good!

i think that you never no actually the right weigh you need to be. i am about the weight, but i am almost 13. It is ok if you feel that your weight is right, or that you should lose weight then you do whatever you think that is right. dont let anyone tell you that your overweigh or that you have a weight problem, because as i quote Mo' Nique.." We dont have a weight problem, you just have a problem with our weight." and they are probably just saying that because they are insecure inside and trying to make themself feel better by putting people down. No, your not overweight.

You're not overweight. Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 20, which is perfect. Your BMI should be within 18.5 and 24.9 in order to be classed as 'healthy', so yours is absolutely fine.

Plus, you're only 14. It isn't recommended for anyone under the age of 16 to diet, as your body is still developing. If you don't feel happy in yourself, why not try exercising? You'll feel better as it releases endorphins, and you'll tone up and get fitter.

For your height and weight, that is about right. To compare to a male whose height is 5'7" would on average weigh about 160-180 lbs.

BMI Calculator for Adults
The term BMI is often used when discussing the obesity epidemic, but what is BMI?

BMI stands for Body Mass Index. It is a number that shows body weight adjusted for height. BMI can be calculated with simple math using inches and pounds. For adults aged 20 years or older, BMI falls into one of these categories: underweight, normal, overweight, or obese. Click on the link located below the table to find out how to calculate BMI for your children or teens.

BMI Weight Status
Below 18.5 Underweight
18.5 - 24.9 Normal
25.0 - 29.9 Overweight
30.0 and Above Obese

BMI for Children and Teens

BMI correlates with body fat. The relation between fatness and BMI differs with age and gender. For example, women are more likely to have a higher percent of body fat than men for the same BMI. On average, older people may have more body fat than younger adults with the same BMI. Highly trained athletes may have a high BMI because of increased muscularity rather than increased body fatness.

Calculate your BMI with the table below:
Weight: (in pounds): 128

Height: in feet: 5

Height: in inches: 7

So you have calculated your BMI and found which weight category your BMI matches. What does this all mean?

BMI is not the only indicator of health risk.
BMI is just one of many factors related to developing a chronic disease (such as heart disease, cancer, or diabetes). Other factors that may be important to look at when assessing your risk for chronic disease include:

Waist Circumference
Diet
Physical Inactivity
Blood Pressure
Blood Sugar Level
Cholesterol Level
Family History of disease
All persons who are obese or overweight should try not to gain additional weight. In addition, those who are obese or who are overweight with other risk factors should consider losing weight. Even a small weight loss (just 10% of your current weight) may help to lower the risk of disease. A complete health assessment by a physician is the best way to decide the right steps for you.

Remember, your BMI is only one piece of your health profile. It is important to talk with your doctor about other measures and risk factors. (e.g., waist circumference, smoking, physical activity level, and diet.)

Physical activity and good nutrition are key factors in leading a healthy lifestyle and reducing risk for disease.

You're taller than me, and weigh less than me, and I'm borderline "underweight" by medical standards. So NO. Haha, you're NOT overweight. AT ALL. Just be sure to remember that, and to stay healthy. :]

You're not overweight at all! You're at a very normal, healthy weight.
