All sparkling beverages can be used for cleaning things like bumpers but blood, no.
Most cops use dilute hydrogen peroxide to get blood off of our clothing. It works very well.
If we needed, usually for PR purposes, to clean off blood from asphalt a water wash down would be used.

Just curious but why would you need to get blood off asphalt?? Rainwater does wonders. When we respond to a wreck or clean up (the wreckage) after one we don't worry about the blood on the road. Maybe they do things different in bigger cities.

Coke is good for removing rust. Try a peroxide, and bleach mixture. A power washer should also do the trick.
