Start out with small talk and then just be straight up with him, from a mans prospective we don't like playing the guessing game, i for one love it when a woman can tell me exactly how she feels, plus it will save the both of you alot of well deserved time that could be spent building something instead of playing the guessing game.

don't write him a letter because I did that once it really didn't work. start by just talking to him and hanging out then get his number and address

JUST GO up to him and tell him.
just remember to have confidence .
look go and tell him how you feel cuz later ur gonna regret it . HE might feel the same way about you .
