Eating & Working Out?

To maximize fat loss, you should eat 2-3 hours before exercising. But, some people can't wait that long. You can safely exercise in the 1-2 hour time frame. Experiment and see what works best for you. Also, be sure to eat a combination of protein and carbohydrates within 30 minutes of exercising. This will aid muscle recovery and better prepare you for your next workout. Drink 1/2 ounce of water per day for every pound of body weight. I hope this helps.
