Exercise for a day i warmed up i run up and down the stairs 100 times did 40 5 minute break 40 again 5 min break than 20 then warmed down

is this enough for a days workout
i did it yesterday and plan to do 100 for like ever if you get me coz im to young to join a gym and all that and running makes my legs hurt

im on 1500 or less calories a day probs 1300

i have 10 cups + water a day and i eat really healthy

Yes, it's fine, actually it's more than enough, but going up the stairs is not very good for your knees and your heart. It's better to just run around the block.

I personally don't see any harm in what you're doing. But if you're looking for results, they'll be few and far. All you're doing is a cardio workout - exercising your heart. Buy yourself fitness ball and add some crunches. Also, eat less that 30mg of fat per day, and drop down to 1200 calories a day. Don't eat anything you can't burn off before you go to bed. Try to drink a gallon of water a day, and stay away from the glamour of weight loss pills.

Thats sounds fine if your too young to join a gym then that means your probably like under the age of 12
So maybe just be carefull of over working out!!
Drink plenty of water
