OK i went ova my bestfriends house and i took sum advice and told her i liked her bro as a joke welll she diddnt care and i was going to tell her i liked him for real but then at the pool she was like mom quan dont like caitlin dat much cause she always picking on him! What's this from your other question about "alot of other things happened"? It sounds like that might be relevant. If you fooled around and after that he said he was just playing, then it sounds like he likes you, but he doesn't want anything serious. A lot of guys just want casual sex. If that's all he wants, then it doesn't matter how he feels about your picking on him.
Also, what is "mom quan"? Do you mean that, in your presence, your friend told her mother that someone named Quan doesn't like someone named Caitlin? Are you Caitlin, and is your friend's brother Quan?
If that's what you mean, and if he is interested in something serious (which is a big if), then I suggest you stop flirting with him in a way that he interprets as you picking on him. Find other ways to flirt.

Well you should have just told him. but since your playing it this way.....this is pretty easy, take time out to stop picking. Flirting isn't picking. say his name in a different tone or greet him with a sexy hello with a slight touch till he gets it out his head that you pick on him then go for the kill. tell him how you feel. see if he can handle the heat if not and you really want him turn down the heat and go for it.

Well don't flirt in a manner that seems bullyish. Just flirt like a girly girl and put yourself out there. Maybe he thinks you're just young and immature since it sounds like you "pick on him". Tell your friend that you really like her brother but you werent picking on him. Tell her to talk to her brother for you. If things happen, then good..if he's not interested, then don't beg him, you don't need him!

Ok, I went over to my best friend's house and I told her I liked her brother as a joke. She acted like she did not care. I was going to tell her that I actually did like him, but before I could she told her mother that I didnt like Catilin that much and I was always picking on him! Hi,if you really like him you should tell him ,ain't nothing wrong with that ,and at the same time tell him that you wasn't picking on him you was just playing, that you always like him ,but before things worse tell him how you feel, OK
it could only be 2 things he likes you too or he don't,
and don't worry if he don't like you , it will have many others that will .

The best advice that i can give you is to forget about your friends brother for the time being and ignore him.. because once he realizes that you have no interest in him .. he will most likely start falling for you and start liking you. Good Luck!!

If your idea of flirting with him, is picking on him, then I would stop, I would just be myself and act nice towards him, and start nice conversations with him!
Try a different route of "flirting", and maby he will turn around and realize the kind of person that you really are!

Does he flirt back or does he think that you are picking on him? See how he reacts and if its playful then maybe its just weird for your friend to think about that.
