It wouldn't cost a lot of money, not here. They are 3-4 dollars. If you were to eat two meals a day, typical american sized portions, THAT would exceed 3 dollars. Lean Cuisine helped me lose weight. Eat an apple, and maybe a bananah later so you dont feel starved. Eat small tiny HEALTHY things through out the day, and that will boost your metabolism, otherwise, you will starve your body, and it will hold onto fat longer, and more persistently.

I don't know anything about lean cuisine so I won't comment on that however, please please please do yourself a favor and please don't continually follow fad diets, they will never work and if they can are unhealthy and lead you very succeptible to putting the weight back on.

Most diet products in stores are just looking to give you short term results for a price. When you gain the weight back because of the natural defenses in your body to prevent starvation kicked in... you think oh remember when I lost some weight with product x and you buy it again this is how these companies stay in business and how so many Americans develop poor eating habits.

I don't mean to rant but the only way to effectively lose weight is to be healthy and just treat your body better, it takes some work at first but once it becomes routine you'll find that you were happy you did it and won't be able to imagine going back. This will also lead to increases in energy, and self esteem, decreased stress, as well as generally a longer life.

I could go on and on about what constitutes a healthy diet but without knowing you personally I can't give you anything too specific. My best advice is to seek out a professional nutritionist and find a meal plan you can be happy with. Also seek out a personal trainer and find an exercise routine you can be happy with. The cost is insignificant if you count the money you save by decreased future medical bills/ diet products, and how much would you pay for a more happy confident life... can you put a price on that?

Several years ago I switched from a lunch of two hot pockets and crap like that, to a lean cuisine, yogurt, piece of fruit, carrots, and a few cheez its.

This has resulted in a slow, but steady 20 pound weight loss.
