Me siento mucho mejor or
Estoy mucho mejor
Another one, very popular but not as much as the former ones:
Me encuentro mucho mejor

(Yo) Siento bien is the simplest way of saying i feel better. You can always add a little with siento mas bien, or siento mucho mas bien, etc.
