It's the AC/Heat Vent fan. I wish it would blow at other speeds, not so loud. It's a Roadtrek Seies 190 by Dodge RV Van. It blows out the resistors, somehow.

First thing to do is turn ignition key on, blower motor on high speed, and wiggle connectors within the blower motor system to see if it's a loose connection some where. I know it's not the same vehicle but both parts are made by Daimler/Chrysler. On certain year Jeep G. Cherokee if the blower motor went out it required replacing the blower motor, resistor, and a connector for the resistor. What would happen is the blower motor for some reason would have to much resistance and cause the connector previously mentioned to melt the connector to the resistor. So if we only replaced the resistor the vehicle would come back eventually with the blower motor inop. 1 way to find if your having this problem (usually works) is turn ignition on, set blower motor on high, find the connector at the resistor and wiggle the connector (be careful, there are to sets of wires connected to resistor, you want the 1 which has a connector). If the blower motor turns on replace those 3 things mentioned. Visually look and make sure the connector is melted before replacing, it may just be a loose connection which requires squeezing the terminals a little closer. Good luck!!
