The rope has to go from a 4th story window of a standard government facility to the ground. The average weight of each person decending the rope is 200 lbs, with a standard deviation of 15, n is around 25. How many people at one time can be decending on the besheet rope without the rope breaking? I'd like a 95% confidence degree in the number. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Depends on the thread count. Higher thread count will make for a stronger rope.

To get the bars off, try working at the concrete where they are imbeded in the wall, with a spoon.
