Being in a public place, watching a parent of a screaming child either ignore the kid or else pick them up and smile at everyone around them like it is some kind of joke or is funny.

Most annoying thing is bad manners! People eating with mouth open, plus still trying to hold conversation on mobile phone - aaaarrrrgggghhhh. My gran and parents taught me that manners don't cost anything!

People who talk on cell phones while driving
or do anything else while driving that disracts them and 1 out of every 4 who do this have an accident

Right now it's my next door neighbor who thinks it's ok to use his power saw to run a commercial business in a residential neighborhood. If you say something to him he yells at you and gives you the finger. Just about everything this man does annoys me.

Up late at night with no one to converse with by telephone because everyone is sleeping at this ungodly hour; Listening to individuals speaking loudly when the movie has started; Listening to tiny, cute, babies bawling loudly in quiet areas.

The thing that annoys me most is when I put my hand out to take a customers money and they lay it down on the counter. I think this is so ignorant.

People who blast music but have the bass turned up so high that all you hear is thud thud thud thud thud...
Also drivers using cell phones. Have you ever noticed that they can never sit up straight, they always lean to the right. No wonder they drive like freaking idiots. You're not so freaking important. People survived in the pre-cell phone days, so get off the freaking cell phone in your car.
