A guy is offering me Playstation 3, 60 GB with two controllers. 5 games - RESISTANCE FALL OF MAN, TONY HAWKS PROJECT 8, MADDEN 07, MOTORSTORM, AND RIDGERACER 7. He has the recepit for it, but didn't buy the extended warranty as he bought it at the initial launch which was back in December. Great deal I know, but should I buy a PS3 that may have problems since it was bought at launch date?

The price is great. Just make sure he lets you set it up and test everything out before you buy it.

There have been extremely few problems. Thats a great undle even with out the a single game ps3 60 gb is 500 dollars so its a great deal its an awesome system. Be careful tho because its a used system...

PS people who say too many glitches are 360 fan boys and are jelous also madden 07 sucks but that is a great deal. Go back to the store and ask about buyin a wareenty for its you might be able to extened it

just remember, if he gives you the receipt for it you have a warranty until december. if you dont have a problem by then, you probably wont. on a side note, ps3 are very well made, unlike the 360, so you should be safe. and 450 is a great deal with 5 games. i say go for it

okay that is a GREAT deal because those bugs were software errors and if you get online and download the new patch your fine.

the system cost $600
the extra contoller $50
5 games is like $300

so your getting $950 worth of stuff new and used it would still be $800

so they have no real problems you should do it then laugh in the idiots face for selling it to you because he just lsot a ton of cash

DO IT!!!!!!!! DO IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No you shouldnt. Why would he sell his PS3 if he doesnt like it? If he was smart, he would sell it at a higher price. He's probably selling it because the PS3 doesnt work. If you test it and all and it works, ask him if he can borrow it for 3 months. If it works that long, buy it.
