A new guy in our office flirts with me ALL the time and ONLY me eventhough there are lots of single women in the office. Makes me wonder coz I never flirt back and told him I'm not interested with him who has a pregnant gf. Why does he do this?

u should know that not saying anything when hes flirting u makes u a part of this mistake.because if u told him before that 'go to hell' or something like that he knew that its a mistake.but when u say nothing about it that means that u accept this attitude and u agree and he will understand that its only for few weeks and than u will accept to sleep with him.think if u were in hes pregnant girlfriend place what would u do if ur boyfriend is like that with some other girl?and than u wouldn't need to ask this question because u will know what to do and it will be better than any other answer.so forget that u need in this time to be flirting and satisfied and think wisely.and don't be selfish

You are a challenge and guys like that. Because you don't flirt back, he will only keep doing it. If you want to see him stop flirt back, then you will no longer be a challenge for him and he will find someone else not interested in him to flirt with. Thats just how guys are.

Because he is obviously pathetic! I must agree with all the other posts that state you should report him for sexual harassment. The person I truly feel sorry for his is pregnant girlfriend. What is her life going to be like with a worthless, self-centered fool? I hope she finds out how he really is and can move on in life without him. She would probably be much better off than remaining with him, and being subjected to his unacceptable behavior.

If he has a pregnant girlfriend and is flirting with U, what does that tell U about him? U stated U made it clear to him U r not interested and he keeps flirting, what is your body-language telling him? If every "T" has been crossed and every "I" has been dotted as far as U getting the message to him, I would go as far to say, "this is harassment, report him."

Sounds like he likes you and is trying to see if you're feeling him in the same way. Tell him to kick rocks and take care of his pregnant girlfriend and quit wasting his time on you. Men are dogs! He's looking for a little work booty and some at home booty (The girlfriend).

man that just means u still got it...u have a wonderfull peronality...your pritty and u just make him feel good....theres realy nothing more u can do but if guys do that then u just have to make it seem like u don't notice hes flirting and he won't get a response and most likely give up....if that dousn't ork and hes bothering u then u should talk to his or your boss....the united states are big on herasment at work and will talk to him about it
