My kids scream "inside,inside inside" and "clear,clear clear" when I'm driving.No family function can start until there is an invocation and a fly-over.When I get pulled over for speeding I explain to the cop "If Jeff Gordon can go that fast,why can't I?" Anyone ahead of me at a red light qualified better and has hit their set-up just right.But no, I don't have it bad.Why do you ask?

OK I am a 55 year old woman with almost every thing I wear and do is NASCAR. I talk at work and even myspace is NASCAR. My 360 is NASCAR. Yeah I got it bad.

We have made it to at least one race the past 2 seasons, this one included. Bristol in March 2006 and Atlanta this past March. Prior to that we went to Talladega in 01 & 02 for the October race. I have several Tony Stewart shirts and 2 jackets, so does my wife. I have 3 of Tony's die-cast cars, one that he drove for DEI, the Goodies #8 Busch car. We met Tony last April and he autographed on of the cars for me. We always watch the race or record it if we're not home for some reason, even then we're listening to it on the radio. No tat's. Of course I have a #20 sticker on the back window of my truck.
For those non nascar people that still check out this forum, I went to college, own my own business, live in a $300k home, and have a nice non redneck life.

I'm Nascar 24/7, especially fri/sat/sun...condo/cubical at work all Nascar, my car has a 8 and free the 8 decal, screensaver on computer, even my ringtone on my cell phone, and my cats all have Dale Jr collars......

Glued to my TV for anything NASCAR on Fridays, Saturdays & sundays!! watch raceday on sunday mornings before the race (LOVE Ricky Rackman & Kenny Wallace!!) Have direct tv hotpass so I ride with the drivers during the race also...yea, I got it bad....

It hasn't even been a year since my first race (that will be NHIS in september), and I've already been to 2 other races (Dover and Pocono, back-to-back weekends, including skipping work on monday to catch the race at Dover). I'm in a fantasy league with 6 other guys. I check NASCAR.com daily, bought NASCAR '08 for PS2, and I already get annoyed when people who don't know what they're talking about bash the sport... I'd say I've got it pretty bad.

I go to Bristol 2 times a year, Talladega once and Charlotte once. I watch qualifying, practice and truck, busch and nextel races. If for some reason I am going to be somewhere else, I tape them for later. I also have a huge collection of autographs, cars, and lots of other stuff I have collected at races. I have it really bad. I miss it on the off weeks.

my email is about nascar
my screensaver and backgorund on the computer is nascar
if there is something nascar on tv ill watch it

up until last year, I thought that the national anthem ended with "Gentlemen, start your engines!!!" but I am not as much of a NASCAR fan as my late mother was....she wanted to be buried in her Dale Jr. shirt and hat.
