Depends on what kind of worms your dog has now. Take a poo sample to your vet. They can determine what kind of worms your dog has and what meds will get rid of them.

There is no wormer that will kill all types of worms. Your vet has to run your dogs stool for tests to see which worms it has then give you the right wormer for those worms.

sorry to say but there is none that will kill ALL worms. teh best thing is to takea stool sample in to the vet and have them check it and give you the right meds and proper doses. Do remember that tapewrom can't be found in the flotation test done at teh vets they would need to see the worms in teh stool.
These worms are tapeworms and are caused by fleas.
If you have your dog heartworm tested and put on a heartworm preventative they also help prevent most of the other worms.
heartworm test is a blood test.

None, you need to have a stool sample tested so the vet can prescribe the correct wormer.

Does your dog already have worms or do you just need a prevantative? The vet can help if he already has worms. I give my dog Interceptor (which I buy from the vet's office), and it protects against 4 types of worms: heart worm, roundworm, hookworm, and whipworm. It doesn't TREAT, it PREVENTS.

The only SAFE & EFFECTIVE dewormer for your dog is one that you get from your vet. You need to take a stool sample in to your vet and get a fecal test done..the vet wil lgive you the appropriate dewormer for the type(s) worms your dog has and in the proper dose... You should NEVER indiscriminantly deworm your dog.

Sorry. There is no such thing.
Drontal: for hooks, round and tapes
Albon: for coccydia
Strongid: for hooks and rounds
Panacur: for whipworms
Do a fecal float, so they can give you the proper medication. You should be able to see tapeworms in their stool (rice) and hookworms in their stool (spaghetti).
