I think she talked about the tattoo of the eye when she was on Miami ink, it was on one of web videos of her talking about her tattoos. try tlc.com

I love Kat, she is a great tattoo artist, as for your questions well i'm not sure but I can tell you that she has her own web site. just do a search of Kat Von Dee sites. hope this helps.

im guessing the jacket is custom, but check out high voltage tattoo and see if you can get it from them.
