Absolutely not. They would tell the truth and it would be off to the slammer for me.

Are you kidding? Those people scare me...they are so rigid they make cringe. If the Watchtower told them to testify and to tell the truth then it would be okay. Awake and the WT are where the "high priests" decipher and translate everything they are to believe, including the '"New" translation of the Bible.

Depends on the character of the person in question. Their religion wouldn't factor into it for me.

Though, I know I wouldn't rely on a witness for a blood transfusion....

Jehovah's Witnesses have set many precedents and have won many court cases involving blood, rights, witnessing and more.
