With all the hot summer weather, deodorant isn't seeming good enough. I've been told that baby powder will help to prevent excess sweating and also smells nice. So I was wondering if after getting out of the shower and applying deodorant, should I also apply baby powder? I'm a teenager by the way. (and please, no inappropriate responses)

Baby powder can be used on anyone. There's nothing making it for only babies. It's good for skin softening and moisture control. I would recommend still using your deodorant too.

It might work. I believe the theory behind baby powder is to prevent rashes developing on baby's bottoms because of excess moisture by dousing it in absorbent powder. Give it a try, if you don't like how it's working you can always go back to good old deodorant and an hourly wash up.

Yeah but the only problem is you'll smell like a baby! Try too look for some scented baby powder other than the classic but yeah why not!

Of couorse you can use baby powder. You may want to check at the local drug store to see what other types of poweders are available. And don't worry, it's hot all over and I don't know too many people right now who are sweating like crazey.

To a dry and sweet smelling you.

Baby powder is good to use on everyone. Even breeders use it to take the oils out of their show animals before they are shown so that the fur stand up properly. It helps dry up oils and takes away that humid feeling of summer. If you want to help it control a break out of heat rash that even adults can get, you can get the ones with cornstarch in them also. Its great on your foot bottoms before wearing your sandles without your socks. Keeps your feet from sticking to the insoles.

Baby powder is wonderful. And yes it helps so much. You can use it anytime. I use it in between working out in the garden when I come in. It really helps to make you not so hot and sticky.
