Deportation in the US is handled by BICE. Deportation only deals with the person being deported, not their property. Often the inmates agree to be deported, much like a plea agreement in a "normal" criminal case. If this is the case, the feds will release the inmate with orders to report for deportation on their own. This is to give them time to take care of their affairs.

BICE does not seize accounts or property, as much as people wish to villanize them. However, the IRS or USMS may do so due to seperate criminal or civil actions.
