No. Sounds more like a muscular or joint problem. See a doctor.

How long ago was the surgery? During this procedure, they fill your abdominal cavity with gas to expand it so they can see what they are doing. When this gas is released into your system, it can cause these pains. If the surgery was a while ago, I would talk with my gyno about it.
