you should try to eat more and gain a about 6 poounds and then just excersie after you eat and you won't have to worry because that is what happened to my cousin but she is a whole lot better now she eats not alot but enough to make her full and then excersises after word and for dinner at her house they a salad so they all can stay healthy to.
this might actually work but not for everyone, but you should atleast try it.

you have got to gain back that 4 or 5 pounds. Especially if you do not want to go to the hospital, you won't have a choice than but now you do, so get busy and eat something. You can eat healthy without getting over weight! A 13 year old girl shouldn't be so concerned about her weight she should be out having fun. Get your mind off yourself and think of others, how you can help them. It's a big world out there...

Hun....listen i am 12 and i am like 110 but i am very muscular i am a diver..but you really need to eat your scaring me stop worring how much you wiegh and gain pounds if you dont want to die then you need to get to like to the 90's the older you get you can lose pounds btu gain them please i had a friend die from what you are doing please eat!

well thats me i lost 71 lbs in 6 months i want to lose more just stick to a plan and if you gain it takes bout three days to lose it back just do the same things treat yourself though dnt give up the good foods you used to eat thanks jarrod

you need at least 2000 calories a day you need to eat. you are killing yourself. you should weigh 120 lbs for 5'3 you need to see your doctor and get put in the hospital be fore its too late you have a condition called anorexia and it is fatal if its not brought under control tell your mom you are dying

Your mom only wants you to be 4 pounds heavier, and I doubt that will make you look any different. Please please please eat more. You can weigh more and still look good. it's all about muscle tone and has little to do with the scale. Please seek therapy for your eating disorder. I doubt you want to be sick your whole life, right?

you are underweight i would suggest being about 95-100lbs. but eat a little more but healthy
