there is this guy who is friends with my brother and mutual friends with my x, but my brother and x are best friends. I really like this guy,i caught my x cheating,thats why i left him,shortly after i was still hurt and this guy talked to me about it and ended up holding me till i slept one night,not a year later i cant stop thinking of him.he told me he thinks im the most beautiful girl alive and he is freaked about 'guy code'. I really like him.

I'm a guy and "guy code" is bs, especially in this situation.
I could understand if your cheated on your ex wth this new guy, then that would break not only "guy code" but general ethics (well, cheating is always breaking general ethics).
If you two care for each other than that is all you really need. Your brother should support you and his friend and be glad you two are together.
Also I question how your brother could be "best friends" with your ex after he cheated on you. Far above "guy code" is family code.
