Don't drink anything except for water, don't eat white rice or bread, go for a 30 minute walk 5 times a week. The fat will come off nice and easy.

well with school right aroung the corner that will help. drink lots of water eat a very low fat diet, and take lots of walks. maybe you are just how you need to be but I know from my daughter legs and thighs can be a problem and my other daughter she complains cause she got a big plump bum lol try to exercise and avoid fats youll do fine

Get off of the computer and stop playing video games and get outside and get some excercise! Get your friends together and play freeze tag or hide and seek, kickball, kick-the-can or play street hockey, baseball, football, play a game of horse, jump rope.... just get off of your kiester and get outside and do something!

im 31 ilost 72 lbs in 6months everywhere just quit soda drinks and white breads go with wheat and drink plenty of water its simple i use a george forman grill to for my meat walking your young just stay active and you will do good, jarrod
