Maybe the monkey God.

Depends on whether or not you believe in evolution. If we evolved from monkeys then why are there still monkeys? Wouldn't they want to all evolve? Why did only some?

God is belief. Are we made in his image? I don't know. But the bigger question is where did God come from?

No proof we evolved from monkeys, besides if evolution is true why are there no fish with feel or birds with gills or any other form that was clearl a combination. Further if Evolution is right why did only some of each species evolve, in other words if man descended from apes why are there apes. Incidentally descending means going down, re we actually a downgraded Ape...maybe Darwin was, but I am not.

No, because God is spirit. The idea that we are created in his image does not mean our bodies. It means our souls. So, essentially, you can have it both ways.... look like a monkey on the outside, and look like God on the inside.

HAHAHA!!! That's funny! :D

Seriously, though, I don't think we evolved from monkeys. We were created in the image of God, who (I'm pretty sure) doesn't look like a monkey. :)

Those are two totally different beliefs, sorry. But it would be cool if God was a monkey, it would explain a lot.

Going back into time, God evidently had a field day making all sorts of pre-mammalian reptiles and other vertebrates
Plus he made zillions of fish.

God is either one of the Lizard People or a Giant Tuna to carry on your ludicrous, if not altogether idiotic analogy.

You are only half right. Monkeys are products of God's many failed experiments to create Adam. It took God many trials to get it right.

i've got self assurance God made our minds and hearts in his image, our actual bodies would be hideously deformed yet we are all the comparable in the common makeup of our minds. i do no longer think of evolution clashes with the classes of Jesus. If all the previous testomony is litterally real then many of the failings Jesus says would desire to be incorrect as they contradict the previous testomony - foe occasion "Do unto others..." contradicts "a look ahead to a watch...". To me it form of feels logical that God would instruction manual procedures like evolution to a predetermined end. for my area there has no longer been adequate time for an unguided technique to yield such marvellous creatures.
