To have a universal mind one must see themselves as part of every thing that is.

Universal Mind is a computer. Man can feed it all the languages and all the knowledge about every nation. But, it will take many men to do this because no one man has a "universal mind" where he can speak all languages, know all cultures, all religions, all habits, etc. Even a One World Government requires many interpreters and half of the time many things are misunderstood. America is still ignorant about the Islamic culture and most refuse to even learn. It is important to know your enemy and Islamic Jihadist or Radical Islam attacked America on 9/11. You can't get a "Universal Mind" from a European College or an American College or a German College, but you can feed a computer and develop a "Universal Mind." As the universe expands or we learn more about it - keep feeding the computer.
