I am 5'5 and weigh 135 I am also 28 and have had 3 kids. Also, I don't know what your eating habits are, but it certainly wouldn't hurt for me to tell you that portion is everything. Instead of eating a whole candy bar, eat half of one, hell, eat HALF of everything you eat and you will never have a weight problem.Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water a day, green tea is very good for your body as an antioxidant and help subtly speed up the metabolism. Salads (without fatty dressings and cheese) are very good for you, chicken is the king of meat in my opinion, as long as you don't fry it. Avoid fast food entirely, and walk anywhere you can as often as possible. Drink diet sodas and juices (aka - cherry coke zero, sobe lean, crystal light, etc.) avoid sugar, switch to the 100 calorie snack packs, including popcorn. Eat apples, they are very filling! Cheese is an unecessary evil as well, so is milk, if you have to have it, drink the fat free kind. 100 calorie popcorn is a great snack. Eat turkey lunchmeat instead of a whole sandwich, etc. Eating is necessary, over eating is not. I also have a meal shake in place of a meal, I find it incredibly helpful at 3:00 in the afternoon.

Well your eating too little for a start. You seem to be eating around 550 calories, yes for a while you will loose weight but after a while your body will go into starvation mode. This will completely mess up your metabolism. This means you won't loose any weight as the body will store the food you take in as fat. I no it always seems that not eating much will help you lose weight fast but its not true at all.
So you need to eat about 1400 calories, yes it may seem alot more than your having now but it is so much healthier and you will actually lose more weight and it will be fat weight not muscle mass. You need to eat 5 small meals a day because this keeps your metabolism high throughout the day.
And do about 20 minutes exercise of cardio a day e.g. running, cycling. And even walking will help you get in shape!
By doing this you will lose between 1 - 2 lbs a week.
But be sensible about it and don't lose too much!
Good luck x x

the diet you are on will cause weight loss but it wont last and neither will you. your body will brake down very quicky since its depriived of vital nutrients. drink plenty of water or juice too

no, it's not too good. You are not fullfilling your nutritional needs. Instead of all diary products all day, try yogurt which you picked out and that is good. So do yogurt, and special k in teh morning. Then lunch try chicken breast which is good since it isn't a red meat. Chicken breast has only the good protein for you. And for snacks eat fruits and veggies. You're weight is fine, but you're only eating about 600 calories a day, and that's not a good sign. Try a 1,2000-1,600 calorie diet.
-best of luck!

forget weight-reduction plan I consume like a horse and that i purely weigh 9 stone. it is what works for me: consume many times, if a threat each 3 hours, while your physique realises that that is getting a prevalent furnish of food it will improve that is metabolism, burning energy speedier and is way less probably to save energy as fat. while ingesting attempt to consume fairly some intense protein meals and don't circulate too complicated on the carbs. try circulate basic on trans and saturated fat even however you're allowed the ordinary take care of. Drink various water! a minimum of one gallon in line with day. Tea, espresso and fizzy drinks are o.ok.yet they don' count style in the direction of your ordinary water intake. As for workout I carry out a little mild weight training 4 days a week and cardiovascular (i take advantage of a rowing device) 2 days a week with one days relax. there's a straightforward theory that doing cardiovascular workout on an empty abdomen facilitates burn energy. it is absolute rubbish do no longer do it. Weight training is a sturdy theory as muscular tissues burns fairly some potential, even while you sleep. you do no longer would desire to alter into Mr/Mrs universe yet any fat tissue which you would be able to convert to muscular tissues won't purely make you seem extra useful yet improve your metabolism. Getting various sleep is likewise significant while attempting to construct muscle. reliable success
