It is very cold outside an aeroplane window when it is in the air. And in the toilet it is a high level water-contents in the air.

What windows?Only time I've seen any windows in a plane toilet are at the back of large planes.Centre and forward toilets don't have them obviously.
Don't know why they may be frosted, unless only if you use them on the tarmac, the ground staff might be peeeping toms.hehehe

OK, I'll avoid saying the obvious - - - but if there are frosted windows, it must be for privacy while you are at the terminal.

You are allowed to use the facilities prior to take off and in flight. if you must, when you land, and the plane comes to a complete stop, you may be able to use it again, you don't want some kid looking out the big windows only to see you handling your business.

Never used the bog on an aircraft. Very few aircraft have windows in the toilets, it just makes the aircraft structure more difficult to make adding more windows.
Its a nice idea though lol.

Have you ever used a toilet with a clear window in it? People get VERY uncomfortable with clear windows in the bogs.

BTW the last time I flew in a plane with a window in there, 707s were brand spanking new and the tele was in its full mono-chromatic splender

The window is frosted so that you have something to lick off the candles after making your birthday wish.
