tattoo in an unusual place?

I want to get a tattoo on my knee.Ok that's weird I know,but there is a reason,I have a horrible 2 inch long 1 inch wide scar on the lower right hand side,it never healed properly and remained slighly raised with an obvious pinkish purple colour,I want to cover it.Trouble is I have no idea what sort of thing would look good on a knee,so I was hoping you guys could give me some design suggestions.

unless you get a larger tattoo that covers a larger area on your leg, the tattoo is going to look way wierder than the scar. I've never seen anyone with a tat on just their knee and nowhere else on their leg...

Go to the drug store and purchase Mederma cream. If you apply it properly, it will smooth out the scare. Also, it will blend into your completion and the scare will not be as noticeable. Use it as directed until you are please with the results. I had a nasty scare on my foot from surgery and my doctor gave me some samples. Believe me it really does work. I suggest that you try some alternatives prior to getting the tattoo because, the outcome may not be a good thing. Let me know if it works for you.

wow that's a hard question to answer. I would think if you tamper with your knees as far as having the tatoo thing done, you might end up with worse problem in the long run. ask your Dr. about the removal or what they suggest. But the tatoo may not be the best thing for your knee. Isn't that all bone there? It doesn't look so bad. Is that a he knee or a she knee.
for the he long pants or knee length will hide that for the she same thing below the knee dresses, pantyhose but it really doesn't look that bad.

I THINK THAT YOUR KNEE LOOKS JUST FINE PERSONALLY. IT LOOKS LIKE A LITTLE BRUISE. THE ONLY REASON THAT U MAY B NOTICING IT AND THINKING THAT'S ITS REALLY SOMETHING BIG, IS BECAUSE IT IS ON YOUR BODY. IF YOU GOT A TATTOO ON YOUR KNEE, SOONER OR LATER IT WOULD WRINKLE UP AND THEN YOU WOULD NOT BE HAPPY WITH THAT. THE BEST THING FOR YOU TO DO IS HAVE A PLASTIC SURGEON TAKE A LOOK AT IT. THEY COULD REALLY HELP OUT A LOT AND I'M SURE THAT YOU WOULD BE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. AND P.S. YOUR KNEES ARE NOT KNOBBLY AT ALL.

maybe it would better to go to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon and get the scar cleared up.

Or if you are set on a tattoo: maybe something round like an 8 ball or the sun would work right there.

Oh...WOW that is different, but rather interesting. Thou I don't think it would work. And, if it did it would prabably hurt like hell!! that's all bone buddy. The scar is what I'm worried about, I don't think it would take to the tattoo, It all depends on what you get done there...It might blotch......Best of luck to you!....That's gonna' hurt worst than a woman going thru 20 hours of labor...with no drugs! lol.

Wear your scars with pride!

A tattoo over that scar tissue wouldn't do right anyway.

You should see an experienced tattoo artist and get his opinion. If the scar never properly healed, you might not be able to tatoo over it. Be very careful!

y dont u get tattoos of knobless knees that would be sweet
