I do not know of any, but I am leaving my options open by learning different philosophies, as far as Christian, woman are 2nd class citizens, but in the pagan religions women have always held an equal and powerful role, the puritan movement did much to suppress women, and the witch trials were evil and a mockery because most of the women that died, were not witches but independent thinkers.

Well devalue is not what religions do. Men have their place and women have theirs, you can't expect that just your idea of what a woman is or isn't supposed to do or not do is right.

Women have always been empowered, and many Christian, stay at home moms, will tell you that. As will women in other religions.

Btw, women do not create life, they get a little help, I think.

Also, for you, you should not belong to any religion, but why expect that every other woman agrees with that?

That's right, which is why I much prefer disorganized spiritual philosophies instead. (Pagan Taoist)

I honestly for the life of me can't comprehend women who think it's right for them to be submissive little helpmeets. They must believe they have no worth, that they are not whole actual real people the equal of men.

Yet spirituality appeals to women, and I agree I think that's why things like paganism are becoming more popular. They are much less dysfunctional.

I believe that people are rediscovering the Divine Feminine, however, unlike many others, I find that there is a great deal of respect for women in the "older" branches of Christianity that still revere Mary as "Theotokos" (Mother of God) -- of course some of the more modern branches would say that is Pagan.....
