I'm going to assume this is a serious question.
Have you tried any local adult stores. Though I'm nowhere near your circumference, I'm with you in that regular condoms don't fit me. I usually have to go to a nearby sex shop and they do have condoms that are a few sizes bigger than the ones I use. Maybe they can help you out.

try the hardware store they do sell plastic tubes that ppl use for drainage ,they should fit if not your ego.lol
