ive been to several they are all clueless. ive done bloodtest they say im healthy as a horse but there is defintily somthing wrong. 14 experienced depersonalization/derealization.
but it went away after 2 weeks. ok? but it left me with no sense of self and absolutly ZERO emotion. I mean even my senses are numb I cant even feel vibes? from people when I walk around my mind is fixated on how im walking im way to overly aware of what I am doing at all times. Now I would say this is just depersonalization but how can it be? I mean I dont feel like im not in my body and I dont feel like im living in a dream anymore? altho it has been 6 years maybe I do have depersonalization and Im just so use to it?
or what the hell am i suffering from? my little brother came crying and sobing to me this morning hes 3 because he spilt his eyebrow open and I felt nothing I helped him tryed to comfort him of course but i cant feel anything!

I had symptoms similar to yours, and it turned out to be post-traumatic stress with depression (and a few other things). It's good you've seen doctors and had tests to rule out physical causes. The next step, if you haven't done it already, is to find a psychologist, who should be able to diagnose and treat you and can also refer you to a psychiatrist for meds, as needed. If you have already tried a psychologist or psychiatrist, and they aren't helping, try another. There are good ones out there. Be persistent until you find the help you need.

Yeah you didn't mention if you experienced some sort of traumatic event in the past 6 years.
Something doesn't sound right, and you didn't give enough details.
What do you do all day? I get kind of numb and depressed when I lay around and think too much.
And how old are you?
If there's anything I've learned from all the "shrinks" I've seen it's that you basically have to diagnose yourself. They haven't got the capacity to dissect a person and reveal the actual problems. They need a lot of help from you and basically all you're paying them to do is fill out prescriptions.

Consider what "trauma" you have faced or been through in your life. Death or divorce? Accident or violence or fire or tornado?
Abuse? Anyone bother you sexually? Do you have to move often, changing schools frequently? Do people speak to you respectfully? Do you get into fights?
I believe I know what you are n-o-t feeling.
Not that I have a technical name for it.
It is akward being in a group of people - maybe in a movie -
and not having any emotional response whatsoever, no
laughter, no empathy, no tears.
Have your Dr. look into "dissociative" problems.
Counseling / Therapy can help.

I think you might be thinking about this way too much, just try to enjoy life, take 5 minutes relaxe, and listen to soothing music. Did you fall at all on your head, because I heard that head trama can cause loss of emotion, it was on the health channel once, this guy was in an accident and lost his emotion fo rlove, maybe you're just going through a really long phase, if your really worried then maybe you should go to the doctors again but explain in very deep deep deep detail.

you are supposed to form your own thoughts when you think duh ....if you don't someone is thinking for you..... You are putting way to much "thought" into not feeling.....your not meeting your own expectations, your brain is numb? what do you think you should feel up there it hitting the sides of your head....quit with these thoughts and live your life....
