I was reading my college book and it said for me to get into this program I have to get a c or higher in all my required classes. So if I get a c- or a d in a class does this mean I will have to take it over. Are all colleges like this because the college I go to is a community college.

Most colleges require a C or better in major classes. In most, getting lower than a C means you'll take it over. In some, getting a couple below a C will get you dropped from the program.

A C- is lower than a C for this purpose.

I'm in a program that if you get less than a B you're on probation and if you get 2 you're out!

I am in Technical Collage and the lowest I could get was C-. That is something they usually go over the first day. Or you can ask the counselor/teacher/receptionist. I think it's different for everyone.
