Yes, it's possible but please focus on health, not weight loss. Start walking every day. Work up from 20 minutes a day to 45 minutes, or an hour if you can. If you get bored with walking, vary it a little. You can bike, run, or swim, or play basketball or volley ball, as long as you stay very active for 45+ minutes a day. Eat plenty of fruits, veggies, and whole grains, and a little lean meat and low fat dairy. Drink plenty of water, and some green tea (not the bottled stuff, real home brewed green tea). I bet you'll feel healthier and happier, which will make it easier to continue! I started this last November and I absolutely love the new me! My goal was just fitness, because my weight was fine, but I've lost 11 pounds, took 3.5 inches off my waist, and 1.5 inches off my hips, and I feel so good that I'm really disappointed when a day comes up that I don't have time for my walk! Please go for it!

Bad news for you. It is not possilbe to loose 10-15 pounds in 3 weeks. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week!! It would be in your best interest to know this is not possible for you but that doesn't mean you can't start living a more active lifestyle and eating better. Get up and moving. Walking, biking, etc. Any movement will help burn calories. Do intervals (1-2 minutes at a regular pace and then 1 minute at a faster pace) is a great way to lose weight. Also, make sure you are eating fruits and vegetables and lean proteins (chicken, fish, turkety) to help with the weight loss.

8 oz orange juice
1 1/2 cups rainsen bran w/ skim milk and splena
1 lean cuisine meal
1 glass iced tea w/ splenda
raw veggies 2 cups (celery, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, etc)
raw veggies salad w/ low fat dressing
Thats breakfast, lunch and dinner - no snacks except for 1 extra glass of orange juice to keep blood suger up.
Drink at least 32 ounces of water and walk at least 5000 steps everyday - get a pedometer.
Get plenty of sleep, don't watch too much T.V. because the food commercials will drive you nuts. Read or stay on your computer instead.
Worked for me and I lost 52 pounds in 8 weeks - 12 the first week..but you cannot vary from the plan...not one time. The first 3 days are the hardest.
You can do it if I can. Love in Christ, ~J~

You want to lose 10% in 3 weeks? No, don't do that.
5-7lbs is doable, not 10-15lbs. At least not in a healthy way.
You could sweat/dehydrate yourself like a boxer/wrestler...but a person as small as you would likely die in the process.

all you can hope to lose is water weight. If you curb your eating (remember there is fluid in food), run your as s off, you might lose 10 pounds at best. cardio and light weights would be best.
