just go over and talk to him ask him something about how his weekend was or how his summer is going just start a conversation with him. it is best to just talk to him first instead. dont look to deseperate like the whole eyelash batting and giggling thing. just go over and talk to him laugh at his jokes and after that then you can get into more heavy flirting.

Have your lines right.probably start with liking his trainers(nice trainers you got there) and he will reply, i got them from whichever store or my mom gave them to me on my birthday....you are doing great.(think you can take me to the store so i can get my own or would you be so nice to let me have them for day.) and he will probably say my foot is way bigger than yours (i know, just to admire them) and let the conversation flow from there
