How can I burn Dual-Layered DVDs on my Powerbook G4 (12in)?

It has a super drive and maxed out memory. It will read Dual-Layer DVDs, but not write them.

Is there possible software I can buy/download to make it write on dual-layered DVDs for copying/writing longer movies?

It doesn't have a writing head and so I don't think it can write. Read heads use much lesser power.
