I have a credit card that I got through my job and I've been using it for a few months now. I want to find out what my credit score is but as far as I've seen everything requires a SS. (I'm Canadian btw, that's why I don't have a SS)

I'm in the US on a working visa. And I know it won't make a difference now, but I want to know for the future.

In the United States credit scores are directly linked to S.S.N., so without one you will not have a recordable score.

Are you responsible for the charges or is your job. If you are not responsible then it would probably not show up on your credit report, SSN or not.

If you are responsible for the card, and you filled out an application. Since you are Canadian it could actually be showing up on the Canadian equivalent of the US Credit Report.

Are you looking at sites for the US credit reporting bureaus? They wouldn't likely have your info if you are in Canada. I'm guessing that Canada has some sort of similar organizations.

if youve only had the card a couple months then your score is worthless. if youve been making your payments then your score is fine.
