I think that jet engines are incredibly complex pieces of machinery containing thousands of distinct parts. If you're going to build one, you're a pretty bright dude.

My suggestion is that if you want suggestions regarding your jet engine, you need to provide more details than "I'm going to build a jet engine". Do you have a design? A website?
