Does anybody have any idea how many doses of worm medicine to give to a kitten? I have read the instructions, but it only says how much to give the kitten, not how often.

It depends on the medicine and the age of the kitten. Best give your vet a call to be sure.

In general you should worm the kitten once and then watch to see if after a few weeks it still has worms. Usually one dose will do the trick. If it doesn't it might be a good idea to take the kitten to a vet to make sure that the type of parasite it has can be killed by the medication you purchased. Under NO circumstances should you give a second dosage of the medication until at least 2 full week as passed. The medication is very dangerous. You also didn't say how old the kitten was and that too factors in. Good luck

Usually de-worming is a one-time dose.

Don't give worms to your kittens. Just feed him cat food.

If it is the first time he is getting teh medicine, you have to repeat in 2 weeks, and then again in 2 weeks after that. Then you give it to him every month until he is 6 months old, and then every 6 months.

URGENT!!! PLEASE do NOT give ANYTHING to a kitten that your vet has not advised and instructed you to give--you can kill your kitty with these over-the-counter medications!!! CALL YOUR VET NOW!
