Jehovah's Witnesses use various "Watchtower" organizations for legal and corporate purposes. These entities have absolutely no connection with doctrinal or congregational matters.

Of course, Jehovah's Witnesses no longer disfellowship a baptized adherent who disobeys the direction of Acts 15:20,28,29, and have not done so for years. Formerly they did, when the ostensible "Witness" was unrepentant.

(Acts 15:20,28,29) Abstain from things...strangled [the meat of which would contain blood] and from blood. ...For the holy spirit and we ourselves have favored adding no further burden to you, except these necessary things, to keep abstaining from things sacrificed to idols [which likely is polluted by blood] and from blood and from things strangled [the meat of which would contain blood] and from fornication. If you carefully keep yourselves from these things, you will prosper. Good health to you!”

No, they do not, have not.
All ppl have freedom of choice,
as to what he will accept,
in regards to medical treatment.
This is said in the letter from The WTBTS
near the end of the page of said article;
along w/ the consquences for such actions.
I will not change my mind,
as to God's word on the matter.
The abstaining from blood, is written.
This is where u will find me;
not accepting anyone's blood,
nor my own [stored] dead blood.
The site is not the official site for J'sW's,
The W&BTS.
If ever the W&BTS said,
"yes, we can accept blood transfusions
w/ no regard to Jehovah's word";
I would have to re-think my choice of faith.
Bc they'd then be going against the will of Jehovah God.
