Do anyone know much about the Alli Plan? I'm wanting to drop about 25lbs and thought about starting it. I know, I know...weight control is in healthy eating and exercise and I'm doing those, too. Just wanting something to kick start. Thanks in advance.

read about it first. it stops your body from digesting fats, so you can need to go to the bathroom in a hurry! you really have to watch what you eat and if you already have a problem with your bowels, this might not be for you.

It cost about 50Dollars that's more than a new pair of jeans or a good pair of shoes. Honestly I tried, was ready for the big Diarrhea and all the secondary thing that could came, if at least I loose weight with it, of course also follow the diet and add exercise to the equation. but Nothing!! Nothing at all happened not even the secondary reactions.
My advice, don't spend your money on it, is better worth in new jeans or shoes.

It give you explosive diarea if you don't follow a low fat diet and you do have to diet and exercise while taking it ...it's only a help not a remedy.

A friend was stuck in the bathroom for HOURS and not happy with the results at all...Pain in the tush...

Natural is the way to go ...save your money.

lol, you haven't heard of the Alli-opps. Its where you crap yourself if you eat anything with fat in it. Uncontrollable diahrea is one of the main symptoms.
