They are all VERY important, but they must each be understood in their proper context. For example, let's look at abortion:
I am personally against abortion. But I have to ACCEPT that not everyone shares my views on what is life and what it's importance is that people are going to have abortions. If I don't accept that as the way things are now, I'm living in delusion.
I have a friend who had an abortion for reasons that I disagree with. I will never agree with the reasons, but I am also not her, and therefore I work hard to have COMPASSION for her situation.
But not all people have abortions for "good" reasons. I can TOLERATE (and even accept) some situations where an abortion seems to be the best choice. But I cannot tolerate, for example, the use of abortion as simply a form of birth control. As such, I work to make those situations less common. This doesn't mean I condemn these people. (See above, compassion.)
Please excuse the heavy example, but I really wanted to point out that tolerance, compassion, and acceptences doesn't mean that you become a doormat to every other belief. (I didn't mean this to become a pro-life or pro-choice post.)

Tolerance of murder, of the raping of children, the suicide bombers, I don't think so. Compassion, yes to a degree, some people keep inviting unfavorable things to happen to them because of their actions or inaction. Acceptance of others, yes, as far as descent actions go, but then again not of the pedophiles, terrorists etc. If only life were so cut and dried.

It cannot happen until the Creator returns. Saddam Hussein tried this among the Arab people, but he only accomplished it with complete dictatorship and his favoratism to his chosen group of militia people. With his attempt, he killed many innocent people. With his attitude, he believed he could conquer whomever he wished. He left dead bodies every where. Hitler tried this and ended up as did Saddam Hussein. I only listed Hussein first because today he is better known. Every leader of every nation wants to lead. How many leaders can the world survive? If America had not been Christian with Christian values we would have conquered the world already, but we believe in caring for our brother. Feeding our brother and helping our brother and not in conquering our brother. We give our lives to keep our brothers throughout the world from killing each other. Americans love freedom and we will fight for freedom for ourselves and for other people. Just one taste of freedom and you will know what I mean. In America, we live like kings and queens because we are highly favored by God. We take the gospel into all the world, whether the world accepts it or not. Strangers have crept into our country and they are trying to change the laws and the times and the beliefs, but we who stand strong in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob whose Son is Jesus the Christ will stand strong until Jesus raptures us up or until He returns.

Tolerance is a matter of not doing something to remedy what you consider a problem..... i.e. putting up with something you don't like.
If the whole world became tolerant, it wouldn't do anything to change the bad feelings stewing beneath the surface.
But then again, you can't expect people seriously to go against their animal instincts.

It would be nice if we could all be that way together....but there's always going to be someone who will view those qualities as weakness and try to take advantage of it....and those who try usually succeed and prove to the rest of us that Utopia is just a fantasy.

It is all-important. There is almost nothing more important than these qualities you have listed.
The very survival of humanity depends on whether we can do this or not.
