We have 7 children - 6 of mine, 5 of his (work that out) and we are hoping to have another 2 before i am too old. (hopefully one of each) After that i want to foster and possibly adopt from another country. I can't imagine not having children in our lives.
By the way. Never say never. I had decided that enough was enough 5 years ago and considered sterilisation, but we are so glad we didn't. We suddenly had the urge to do it all over again 2 years ago (our eldest was 17 at the time) and i got pregnant with a little girl straight away. Now i can't wait for the next one. My husband works hard to support our family, just incase anybody wants to comment.

I'm not married yet, so I don't know if you want my answer, but I only plan to go through labor once. Weather I end up with an only child or get lucky and have twins, either way would be fine. But I will say that if I had a wonderful marriage and my husband really wanted more kids and we were doing great financially, then I'd be willing to have more.

Four, I grew up with three other siblings and loved it. We were all around the same age and were able to relate to each other in various ways. I absolutely loved my childhood.

If you only want 2 then you and your husband need to sit down and talk about this. If it's because you don't want to go through another pregnancy, there's always adoption as an option. Good luck!

My husband and I have 2 with #3 on the way and I have a step-daughter. All 4 are girls. I think we are finished adding to our family after this one.

We have two boys who are 19 months apart. We're for sure planning on a third within the next year or so. My husband would like FIVE...but we are taking it one baby at a time :) There really isn't anyway to predict in advance when your family will feel "complete" :)

We are due with baby number four. We have three little boys and this is a little girl. We might want one more. We haven't decided yet. We have always wanted between four and six little ones. So we will see. This has been a very rough pregnancy so we aren't 100% on another one. But, only time will tell!
