No one is going to give you that kind of loan without collateral, expecially on Army pay.

If you've ran up that much debt, you really need to rethink your spending habits.

Beware of Advance fee Loan scams.
ALL so called "Private Lenders" who ask for fees upfront are scammers...
my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country and never use wire/bank transfer services.. you risk losing your $$ and your mind.
LOAN SCAM - Do Not Pay UpFront Fees.
Do not send money UpFront via Western Union or MoneyGram to any person or business in the UK, Nigeria or Canada in hopes of getting a loan. If you do you will learn a hard lesson & never see any Loan money.

Remember, if it sounds too good
to be true, it probably is! NEVER give out your personal information to strangers online! Always be on guard.

You may want to try applying for a loan via prosper. The whole point of prosper is that average people bid to help fund loans others have requested, and its paid directly from your bank account for 'x' amount of years-so they're garaunteed to make a certain amount back on their 'investment' due to the interest. I've toyed with the idea before, but I haven't done it myself:
